Hatha Yoga is for anyone interested in the general cultivation of the human spirit. Through a regular practice the individual will gain many benefits including vitality and strength. Other effects include detoxification of the blood and internal organs, and a strengthening of the immune system. This, in turn, will reduce stress levels and negative emotions, enhance clarity of mind and attentiveness, all of which will give a sense of contentment to the practitioner. On another level Yoga is the means by which man can discover and access his inner essence. It is the process by which this result is attained that is called Yoga.CLASSESMONDAYS7.15-8.15 Shadow Yoga balakrama prelude at The Life Centre, Notting Hill Gate(booking essential through me.)12.15-13.15 The Third Space, SohoTUESDAYS7-8am Virgin Active, Kensington WEDNESDAYS12.30-2pm The life Centre, Notting HillTHURSDAYS7-8am Virgin Active, KensingtonFor private classes go to contact page
