The practice of yoga enables us to deal with the obstacles which a 21st century lifestyle confronts us with. Obstacles such as stress, anger, depression, lack of concentration, jet lag, postural and weight problems can all be managed, and alleviated through a regular practice.
By reducing any of the above we begin to create a space within for new and more desirable things to come into our lives such as creativity, vitality and contentment.
