Hatha Yoga is for anyone interested in the general cultivation of the human spirit. Through a regular practice the individual will gain many benefits including vitality and strength. Other effects include detoxification of the blood and internal organs, and a strengthening of the immune system. This, in turn, will reduce stress levels and negative emotions, enhance clarity of mind and attentiveness, all of which will give a sense of contentment to the practitioner. On another level Yoga is the means by which man can discover and access his inner essence. It is the process by which this result is attained that is called Yoga.classesMonday 12.15-13.15 The Third Space, SohoTuesday 7-8am Virgin Active, Kensington Wednesday 12.30-2pm The life Centre, Notting HillThursday 7-8am Virgin Active, KensingtonFor private classes go to contact page |

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate, Our deepest fear is that we are POWERFUL BEYOND MEASURE. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous? Actually, who are you NOT to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear Our presence automatically liberates others.
